Planning decision due on slaughter house for Leighlinbridge

We’ll find out today if planning permission will be granted for an animal slaughter house in Leighlinbridge.

An application was made back in October for the building which will also include a truck wash area, access and parking and other works at Rathornan.

A previous application was refused last year with the council requesting more information on it.

A number of submissions have been made in relation to the proposed plans.
