Public Accounts Committee passes on 'serious allegations' about Rehab to Gardai

The Gardai will be asked to investigate serious allegations against individuals linked to the Rehab Group.

The Dail’s Public Accounts Committee is to pass on the claims, made by Wicklow-based developer John Kelly.

This morning the committee said Rehab representatives will appear again on April 10th and it was agreed that invitations would be sent to each individual required to attend, including Frank Flannery.

Chairman John McGuinness took the opportunity to make it clear that this is not personal or political.
