Plans to tackle flooding in Kilkenny will be laid out and discussed at a public meeting taking place later this month.
The plan, which was produced on behalf of the office of public works, covers Ballyhale, ballyraggett, Callan, Freshford, Graiguenamanagh, Inistioge, Kilkenny, New Ross and Thomastown.
It sets out the preferred feasible measures to manage flood risks within those areas.
It takes place at the New Park Hotel on Tuesday 18th October between 2pm and 7pm.
