Quinlan says new Carlow football manager should be in place as club championship reaches knock-out stages

carlow_gaa_crest_400x400The Carlow senior football side remain without a  manager ahead of this weekends club quarter finals in the county.

Anthony Rainbow left the post last month after 2 years in charge but his successor is yet to be appointed.

The local club championship is heading into the knock-out stages this coming weekend.

And former Carlow senior footballer Willie Quinlan says the new manager should be in place before then to get a good look at the players.
