Rent increases in Carlow and Kilkenny

The average rent being paid for a typical house in Carlow and Kilkenny is just above 6 hundred euro a month.

Figures released from the Private Residential Tenancies Board show that in Carlow you will pay around 607 euro, which is up 12 euro from this time last year.

In Kilkenny you’ll fork out about 612 euro which is up 21 euro compared to last year.
