An ongoing restoration project of medieval and Renaissance tombs at St. Mary’s church in Kilkenny will be unveiled to the public for the first time this month.
The Borough Council and Heritage Council are funding a team to bring the tombs back to their former glory and will open the work on Saturday the 29th March, as part of Kilkennys ‘Medieval Week’.
