Cycle starts at 6pm, Breath work at 7pm and dip afterwards. If people want to do either this is also possible. So you can do all or one or two of the activities. Marta is a breathwork and wellness practitioner who specialises in breathwork, movement and outdoor experiences. She’s a Master Breathwork Teacher and has also trained in the Wim Hof Method, and runs breathwork, cold-water and nature experiences around Ireland.
