A Kilkenny mother has welcomed the news that measures to help make a city housing estate safer are on the way.
Roseann Brennan whose young son Jake died after being hit by a car in Lintown Grove in June 2014 has been campaigning since for lower speed limits in housing estates and residential areas everywhere.
She told KCLR Live this morning she’s been assured the work in Lintown will start shortly.
