A sale has been agreed for Kilkennys Rivercourt Hotel
Its understood that Wexford hotelier William Neville is to pay 9 million euro for the city centre property.

The hotel went on the market last October for sale by private treaty and was expected to fetch in the region of €7.5m.
A receiver had been appointed to the business in July 2012.

Its the first major hotel to come to the market in Kilkenny in more than 6 years.
