Sale of Kilkenny city hotel complete

The Hibernian Hotel in Kilkenny has been sold for more than 7 million euro.

Investment company iNua Hospitality has completed the purchase of the 4 star city centre hotel for €7.25million.

The same company has already bought Muckross park in Killarney this year and the Radisson Blu hotels in Cork and Limerick last year.

The Hibernian hotel is the latest in a number of local hotels to be sold – more than 9 million was paid for the Rivercourt in Kilkenny last year while Tetrarch Capital recently invested in both Mount Juliet and the Mount Wolseley in Tullow.
