Hundreds of secondary school teachers are continuing their pickets outside local schools this lunchtime.
The strike action is being taken over Junior cert reform plans that would see teachers forced to assess their own students.
The Education Minister Jan O’Sullivan says the strike is unnecessary and disproportionate.`
