A search operation is continuing this morning for a Kayaker missing off the South East coast.
The man who’s aged in his sixties is understood to have left Dungarvan in County Waterford just before 12 noon yesterday, but failed to return to port and the operation was launched at around 5.30 last evening.
A number of local coastguard and lifeboat units are conducting the search along with the Rescue 117 helicopter.
The naval vessel the LE Aoibhinn is also on site coordinating the operation.
