Second helpline in place now for support with Digital Covid Certs

A second helpline for the EU Digital Covid Certificate is being opened this morning to help keep up with demand for support.

High waiting times were reported on the phoneline yesterday with some KCLR listeners saying they failed to get through at all.

The new number is said to have much more capacity, and can be reached on 1800 807 008.
