Seven days of music, art, food and performances begins in Carlow today.
The annual Carlow Arts Festival will see the likes of The Strypes, the Rusangano Family and Emmet Kirwan performing.
There’ll also be plenty of local groups, including Kilkenny’s RSAG.
The majority of the festival’s events are free of charge this year, with one of their main events taking place on Saturday evening involving an Italian group telling the stories and legends of the Brothers Grimm.
The festival come to a close next Tuesday.
