Several homes evacuated as house fire breaks out in Kilkenny city

Kilkenny fire services are still dealing with the aftermath of a blaze in the city this morning.

Residents of several homes at Father Albert place were evacuated after a fire broke out in one of the houses there earlier.

KCLR news understands there were no injuries.

Gardai & emergency services remain at the scene.
