A Carlow woman has won Silver for her garden at the Bloom Festival in the Phoenix park this morning.
Fiona Dillon from Hunters Lodge was selected with 12 others to display her “Freddy buttons garden” in the medium sized category at the event.
Her creation is based around books that she wrote with the aim of teaching children about growing their own vegetables.
She told KCLR Live this morning she is thrilled with the Silver medal.
