Kilkenny will benefit from a leinster MEP to deliver European funds for the county’s communities.
That’s the view expressed by Fine Gael TD Simon Harris while campaigning in Kilkenny city and county Saturday afternoon.
The only Fine Gael Leinster-based European Election candidate in Ireland South was joined by Minister Phil Hogan, Senator Pat O’Neil and local party election candidates.
He says that Kilkenny already benefits from Europe and a Leinster MEP is needed to access European
support funds.
