A status orange rain warning has been issued for Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford while 12 other counties, including Carlow, will fall under a yellow alert.
Met Eireanns says the status orange rain warning comes into effect at 4 o’clock tomorrow morning and will last for 24 hours.
At the same time, a status yellow rain warning will be in effect for Carlow, Kildare, Laois, Longford, Offaly, Westmeath, Wicklow and Roscommon.
Another status yellow rain warning for Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Galway will be in place from 6 o’clock this evening and lasts for 24 hours.
Met Eireann says there’s a possibility of localised flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
