Kilkenny’s European Film festival closes today with the annual awards ceremony.
Subtitle comes to a close with the third Angela Awards taking place from 8 o’clock in The Set Theatre, Langtons.
Hosted by Pauline McLynn, The Angela’s acknowledges the achievements of well known actors, writers and directors from the Irish film industry from across Europe.
Organiser Richard Cook says it’s a night to celebrate and recognise the quality of subtitled films.
