The Supreme court will hear an appeal today to the lifting of High court injunctions last week that were preventing work on 2 bridges in Kilkenny.
Work on the Central Access Scheme bridge and on the new Ossory pedestrian bridge had been halted for over a week after the High court issued orders on September 4th to stop all construction work
The work resumed last Tuesday but the decision to lift the injunctions will be appealed this afternoon in the Supreme Court.
