12 palliative care beds have now been provided at St Lukes Hospital by the Susie Long Hospice Fund
Another 6 specialist beds have been bought as part of a 50 thousand euro allocation by the local charity to the hospital.
Chairman of the Susie Long Hospice Fund Tommy Roche says its another step along the way to their ultimate goal of a 12 bed dedicated unit at St Lukes.
