Suspended Kilkenny Sinn Féin member not being terrorised according to her neighbour

“Melissa O’ Neill is NOT being terrorised”

These are the words of the woman who filmed the Kilkenny County Councillor during a heated row in their estate last week.

Melissa O’Neill can be seen arguing with her neighbours and making obscene hand gestures in the video.

She has since been suspended by Sinn Féin pending the conclusion of party disciplinary proceedings.

Kristina Fortune, who filmed the confrontation, says that although the video may look like Melissa O’Neill is being provoked, that this was not the case.
