Kilkenny-based yoga instructor Jenny Walsh dropped into studio on Tuesday’s show to chat about her background in yoga and how you could end up mixing yoga and afternoon tea.

It’s the first event of its kind in Kilkenny with a “family style” afternoon tea following an early afternoon of yoga this Saturday in the gardens of Butler House.
