Talks between striking ambulance workers’ representatives and HSE officials move to the Labour Court

Union representatives of ambulance staff will meet HSE officials at the Labour Court this morning.

Further industrial action is planned for dates in the next fortnight if a resolution cannot be found – on Monday a work-to-rule began with a 24-hour strike from 8am Tuesday seeing pickets placed at points across the country, including in Carlow and Kilkenny.
