Teen Viciously Attacks Girl on Kilkenny’s High Street

Garda Andy Neill responds to an attack in broad daylight on a youngster in Kilkenny city centre at the weekend.

Gardai say an arrest has been made in the case and referrals have been made to the HSE and juvenile liaison office.

They also say the parents of the alleged teen offender have attended the garda station and fully co-operated with the investigation.
