This week’s Glanbia Farm Show hosted the first of two Lions Club Christmas Farm Auctions.

During the bidding process Matt spoke to Terry Carroll of Teagasc about an upcoming series of beef webinars hosted by Teagasc.

Matt looked back at the career of the late Batt Twomey, Kilkenny Mart Manager for many years, with Michael Parsons, former Mart chairman.

Aidan Brennan of the Irish Farmers Journal told Farm Show listeners about the publication of the 2021 Annual Dairy Farmer Magazine and of the range of topics contained in it.

Both Eric Driver of Tullow Mart and George Candler of Kilkenny Mart provided updates on this week’s livestock prices.
