So yes we are all so competitive that we have extanded the Step Challenge to three weeks. Between The Ayrfield guys and ourselves [five in each team] we have now clocked up well over 700,000 steps- a million by the weekend!

The final scores will now be revealed on Friday 6th July.
We are using pedometers to count our steps and as part of Kilkenny’s Smarter Travel week these will be given out free on the Parade tomorrow, Saturday.
By the way it is recommended that we all do 10,000 steps a day five days a week.
