On the programme this week, Matt reported from Tirlán, Ballyragget where, last Friday the Dairy Cooperative announced a €126 million investment in added-value whey production. The new production facility which should be operating by Summer 2027 will supply specialist whey ingredients for the sports recovery and protein drinks sectors.
