After the National Ploughing 2023, Matt cherry-picked a range of interviews and topics including highlighting the local ploughing winners for carlow and Kilkenny.

Matt spoke to Tirlán’s Thomas Ryan about all things environmental and especially the topics of conversation among farmers at Ratheniska.
Elsewhere, Enterprise Ireland’s James Moloney described this year’s winners in the Innovation Arena. Aine O’ Connell of IFA informed listeners of a women’s Dairy event happening in Ballyhale next week.
Down in Kilmoganny, Gail Daniels is developing a new soap-making enterprise using cows’ milk. Matt chatted to her about this enterprise. 
Brian Redmond interviewed a solicitor on will-making during KCLR Live earlier today, and the Farm Show played highlights of the conversation with John Hickey, Managing Director of Poe Kiely Hogan Solicitors, Kilkenny.
KCLR CEO and presenter of the Bottom Line Business Podcast, John Purcell talked to Martin O’Brien of the Central Bank of Ireland about their latest economic forecasts He also asked also about their opinion on farm economics.
