In part 1 we had a report from Féile an Fhómhair in Carlow, Carrie Phelan – a 13-year-old power lifter! – along with her father Ian and 20-year-old Paddy Hayes who are all heading to the World Powerlifting Championships this month! We also had Fiona Dillon with our monthly ‘Food News’ slot, and gardener extraordinaire Shirley Lanigan.
