All this month on KCLR as part of our partnership with MAYhem, a month-long run of live comedy shows in Kilkenny city as part of the road to this year’s Cat Laughs Comedy Festival, we’re giving you a chance to head to Edinburgh, Scotland, home of the world-famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
We want to send two people to Edinburgh – flights, accommodation, tickets for shows, a few quid in your pocket and more – and you’ve just got one hurdle to cross to try get there.

Across the month of May, we’re looking for your best joke, and we don’t want you to write it, we want to hear it, in the flesh. It’s the kind of joke that delivers a killer punchline, which would leave our presenters in stitches and listeners across Kilkenny and Carlow crying laughing…
