The search of a site in county Wicklow for two women missing since the 1990s is entering its third day.
Excavation at the quarry close to the Kildare border got underway on Monday by those investigating the cases of disappeared, presumed murdered, Jo Jo Dullard from Kilkenny and Deirdre Jacob from Kildare.
Both went missing three years apart – Jo Jo’s last sighting was in Moone in 1995, Deirdre’s outside her Newbridge home in 1998.
This week’s action marks the first time the two cases have been officially linked.
Large amounts of soil have been removed over the past two days from the piece of land.
