Third low temperature warning in three days hits Carlow and Kilkenny

It looks like the cold snap’s continuing.

A second low temperature and ice warning for Carlow and Kilkenny which was due to be lifted at 11am this morning has now been replaced by a third such Met Éireann notice in three days;
