Three arrested in major drug seizure in the East of the Country

€4 million worth of suspected cocaine’s been seized following searches in the east of the country.

A business in county Kildare and homes in county Wexford were searched and a total of 58 kilograms of the drug was seized yesterday.

Two men in their 30s and 40s and a woman in her 40s were arrested and are being detained in Kildare and Dublin.

The drugs seized will be forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.

Investigations are ongoing.
