TJ Reid looking forward to Ireland shinty challenge

TJ Reid says that he was never going to turn down a opportunity to play for Ireland in Croke Park.

TJ is part of the Ireland Squad for Saturday’s Shinty International against Scotland, and he told KCLR that it’s a challenge he is looking forward to.

Meanwhile, ahead of Saturdays International rules test in Croke park the Australians have once again expressed an interest in hosting the event in America.

AFL Chief executive Gillon Mc Lachlan says hell speak to GAA Director general Pauric Duffy about it but admits he’s hopeful of a move.

Mc Lachlan insist both the Australian and Irish communities would welcome the event to New York.
