Toxicology results pending after woman found dead in Carlow

photoGardai are waiting for the results of toxicology tests to determine a cause of death after a body was found in Carlow on Sunday.

The remains of a 37-year-old woman were found at her home in Rochford Manor in Graiguecullen on Sunday night after being last seen on Thursday.

It’s not yet known exactly when she died.

A post mortem was carried out yesterday by Deputy State Pathologist Dr Michael Curtis but he was unable to determine the cause of death.

Gardai say they’re not treating the death as suspicious.
