Tusla confirms it has received report examining abuse claims at Kilkenny school

The Child & Family Agency says it would be premature to comment on a report examining claims of a abuse in a school in Co Kilkenny.

Tusla confirmed to KCLR news it has received the draft report from the Ombudsman for Children.

A Sunday Times report says the former Ombudsman Emily Logan issued findings to those involved before she left her post.

But a spokesperson for the agency says they have only recently received it and will respond when its had time to consider the findings.
