Two arson attacks on Carlow town homes may be linked

Two arson attacks on houses in Carlow town appear to be linked.

Both happened on Monday morning – one at 2:15am in John Sweeney Park followed by the other just before 4:30am in Dolmen Gardens.

Accelerants appear to have been used in both incidents with two men in dark clothing seen at the first scene, while the suspect at the second was wearing shorts, a white bathrobe and pink gloves.
