Two IT Carlow lecturers honoured as "teaching heroes"

Two lecturers at IT Carlow were honoured in Dublin Castle last night as a ‘Teaching hero’

Jenny Russell who works in the Department of Electronic, Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering picked up the award along with Eileen Doyle Walsh from the Dept of Humanities

Students at the college nominated them and 51 others from 27 different higher level colleges around the country were also honoured.
