Two local businesses are celebrating today after scooping awards at last nights ‘Retail Excellence Ireland Awards’.
John Burke, of Caufields Supervalu in Loughboy was awarded ‘Manager of the year 2014’, while The Arboretum Garden Centre in Leighlinbridge won the ‘National Store of the year award’.
Over 500 people attended the gala event in Galway last night.
Speaking to KCLR, Rachel Doyle, Owner of the Arboretum said they were up against stiff competition.
