Two men arrested in Carlow in relation to human trafficking & labour exploitation were held at Kilkenny Garda Station

Both have been released without charge and a file's being prepared for the DPP

Two men were arrested in County Carlow earlier this week in relation to human trafficking and labour exploitation.

It follows the search of a premises on Monday by Gardaí from the Human Trafficking Investigation and Coordination Unit.

One man’s aged in his thirties, the other in his fifties, with both held at Kilkenny Garda Station for a time.

A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána’s told KCLR News that they’ve since been released without charge and a file’s being prepared for the DPP./
