There’s a lot of uncertainty about what the weather will be like around the festive period.
There was talks of a polar vortex hitting the country next week which would bring snow and sub zero temperatures however it’s understood this will not be the case.
Speaking on KCLR’s ‘The Way It Is’ Local forecaster, Alan O Reilly from Carlow Weather.com said they’re still unsure what the weather will be like.
