A van full of presents bound for Eastern Europe that was stolen in Kilkenny was specifically targeted by thieves.
Local Gardaí say the criminals knew how to get around all the security measures used by the driver when they took the Isuzu Box Van from the car park of Supervalu in Loughboy just after midnight last Sunday night.

It was full of parcels being sent home to Eastern Europe for Christmas by foreign nationals living here.
Anyone who might have seen the van is asked to get in touch with Kilkenny Gardaí on 056 7775000.
