Verdicts of unlawful killing returned at Chada inquest

The inquest into the deaths of brothers Eoghan and Ruairi Chada has returned verdicts of unlawful killing.
The 10 and 5 year olds were found dead in their fathers crashed car in Co. Mayo in July of last year, a day after they’d been reported missing from their Carlow home.
Sanjeev Chada is now serving a life sentence after pleading guilty to murdering his sons.
The inquest in Castlebar today heard 16 witness statements including those from Gardai who attend the scene.
