‘Verse And Resonance’ is the title of tonight’s free to enter Carlow Beo Concert which takes place at the Carlow Methodist Church on the Athy Road (7pm).
The concert, which promises a fusion of poetry, music and conversation, is the fourth of five special concerts that the church has hosted over the August/September period, with hopes high that the space can become another new cultural hub in Carlow Town.

The church has a strong civic ethos and runs a Ukrainian School each Saturday morning while also providing food parcels to social workers, teachers and community nurses.
Anton Steele, the Society Steward at Carlow Methodist Church, told KCLR News about tonight’s event and what he feels will make it special.
