It was a good day for Freshford and Evergreen in cup competitions today
Evergreen youths booked their place in the latter stages of the FAI youth cup after a 4-1 win over Ballynanty in Limerick.
Freshford scored a 90th minute equaliser to draw 2-2 with Crumlin and then win 5-4 on penos in their Leinster Junior tie.
The Carlow ladies lost to Leinster league 3-0 in their inter league cup semi final
