Kilkenny councillors call for further meeting with Simon Coveney

Councillors in Kilkenny want to meet with the Planning Minister to finally get clarification about the boundary issue.

A follow-up letter to Simon Coveney has now been sent over fears that the Minister’s original statement are being interpreted differently in Waterford than they are in Kilkenny.

Councillor Ger Frisby raised the matter at a meeting of the county council yesterday.

He told KCLR News it’s vital they sit down with Minister Coveney to finally put the matter to rest.
