New banking unit for vulnerable customers sets up in Carlow

Carlow is the home for a new banking unit that’s been set up to help people who are vulnerable.

Bank Of Ireland are launching their Vulnerable Customer Unit this week.

The team is based in Carlow and they say their job is to support customers who might have mental disabilities, illnesses, be suffering from financial abuse, or with addiction, or any other issue that could leave them financially vulnerable.
