Gardaí are seeking the publics help after a theft in Great Oak in Callan
On Valentines Day approximately 8:30am a small blue car drove into a farm yard and stole some bags of cattle feed and put them into the back of the car and drove off and away out of the area.
Anyone observing a small blue car in this area or have any footage should report same to the Gardai
Sgt John Duffy said “We we were very conscious of people being in around farmyard areas because while this may have been small, we we have evidence of bigger scale things that may have happened”.
“You know that hashappened in the last number of weeks, whether it’s the the theft of GPS units and things like that as well. You don’t really want people in around your farmyard that shouldn’t be there”.
