“Illegal dumping is blighting the community” says Carlow Councillor

Fintan Phelan raised the issue at this month’s meeting of Carlow County Council

The Council has approved a litter management plan for the next two years at their monthly meeting yesterday

New CCTV Cameras will now be installed as part of that to try and catch the offenders and also act as a deterent to others

The local authority will increase the number of littler bin in area black spots especially on O’Brien Road and more dog fouling bins in the Pollertan area
